What “Approved Evidence” means
Approval records that a human has reviewed the evidence and considers the pattern useful. It does not modify Themis pricing, Themis quote logic, production instructions, QA rules, job priority or future recommendations.
A future governed rule-promotion workflow can consume approved evidence, but V4.8 deliberately stops before automatic learning.
